On 24 November, the Macanese Cuisine Database Theme Corner (澳門土生菜資料庫專題室) was unveiled at IFTM Library (Mong-ha Campus). Exploring the various aspects of Macanese cuisine, original copies of books as well as duplicates of manuscripts can be found at the themed corner. IFTM Library will continue to acquire publications related to Macanese cuisine for education, inheritance and promotion of the extraordinary culture and tradition of Macanese gastronomy.
