Thank you all for your enthusiastic participation in the Macanese Christmas Food together! We explored the origins and uniqueness of Macanese gastronomy and enjoyed tasting traditional Macanese Christmas delights. Special thanks to our three speakers, Jessica Marques, Carolina Nogueira, and Ubaldiino Couto, for their wonderful sharing, as well as to the Macanese Culture Research Association for their support. We also extend our gratitude to the UTM Educational Restaurant for providing the Macanese Christmas food.
